I view marketing as the lifeblood of any successful business. My own journey into the sales and marketing industry began over 40 years ago with the largest juice manufacturers in NZ. Upon leaving NZ, I worked in the wine industry for 28 years marketing high end wines throughout Queensland.

In 2012, I entered the real estate industry selling homes in Hervey Bay for a franchise business, and then moving on to work with an independent agency. I learned a great deal and grew tremendously within the industry.

Fast forward to 2019— I had become highly disillusioned with both agency-client and agency-agent exploitative interactions, policy & procedure changes and the noticeable downward direction of the real estate industry. After a great deal of research, discussion and Thinking Outside the Box— I created the marketing platform of Property Brokerage in the quest of adding Vision Voice and Value to an industry that is in dire need of change.

Brian's personal attention and professional approach made our purchase stress free Buying a house and relocating can be one if the biggest stressors in life. My husband and I decided to move to Hervey Bay from Victoria after visiting for several years. We researched the area and looked online, in the newspapers and went to open houses. Unfortunately, even though me met another good agent he was unable to show us any houses the had the "wow" factor for us. We had sold our property but wiling to wait for the right home. During our final days in Hervey Bay meeting Brian was our lucky day.
