In 2012, I entered the real estate industry selling homes in Hervey Bay for a franchise business, and then moving on to work with an independent agency. I learned a great deal and grew tremendously within the industry. Fast forward to 2019— I had become highly disillusioned with both agency-client and agency-agent exploitative interactions, policy & procedure changes and the noticeable downward direction of the real estate industry. After a great deal of research, discussion and Thinking Outside the Box— I created the marketing platform of Property Brokerage in the quest of adding Vision Voice and Value to an industry that is in dire need of change. As a property broker, I strive to create a stress-free transaction from seller to buyer in a timely manner.
